Our children’s program is for ages 3.5 through teens:
Tiny Tigers: ages 3.5 - 5
Tiny Tigers not only learn martial arts but also develop flexibility, balance, coordination, and strength. They'll also learn how to take directions, wait their turn, and embrace all the basic yet most important aspects of becoming a black belt.
Beginners: ages 5+
Classes include martial arts, kickboxing, fitness, balance and strength training. Additionally, we incorporate interactive games into our sessions to keep children engaged. Children with impairing symptoms of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder are welcome to join our classes.
Intermediate: child who has previous experience
For intermediate classes, we incorporate physical contact such as sparring and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, along with weight training emphasizing proper form. Classes also include martial arts, kickboxing, fitness, and strength training.
Teens and Adults Fitness & Martial Arts:
Age 13 and up
No previous experience is required. Classes include self-defense, kettlebell strength training, cardio workouts, Kali sticks, kickboxing, and much more. Parents of existing students will receive a discounted price.
